We recently had our AC stop working...while we were out of town. We found Greiber through the Carrier website as an authorized service provider. Devon Greiber himself returned our call immediately and gave us a strong sense of trustworthiness. He went to our house and we were able to remotely let him in. He diagnosed the problem and repaired the unit (new furnace blower motor) in 24 hours. His cost was below another bid we received from a much larger Madison company that has a very good reputation but took days to respond to us. So happy we went with Greiber for our new AC and furnace install! Karen and everyone we worked with were so easy to work with, very thorough and responsive, and I didn’t get the feeling like they were trying to upsell us on things we didn't really need. I also loved how they were diligent about factoring instant rebates and providing us info on additional rebates we could apply for with our new equipment. If you want to work with a high quality and family owned local company, definitely choose Greiber.

Greiber Heating did a great job with the installation of a furnace, air conditioner, thermostat, and humidifier. Their attention to detail and the quality work they did was definitely noticed and much appreciated. I could not be happier with how everything turned out!
