I have had the pleasure of working with Jon and his team on a several occasions. He has always been extremely responsive and professional. On one occasion we had a complete the the work by a deadline in order to close on the sale in time and Jon made sure to shift things around and complete the work well ahead of the deadline. He's very honest with his assessments and won't nickel and dime you along the way. Each time I have consulted him he has provided his report and proposal timely and free of charge.

Jon and his team were excellent. We had a tight schedule for some unexpected basement issues prior to listing our house to sell. Jon was able to come and assess the situation and get us a very reasonable quote. He squeezed us in even with the tight timeline that we had, despite being very busy with many other jobs he had lined up. I called many other places and was not able to get anyone to do the work for at least 2 months later than needed. Jon and his team were very respectful, understanding and did an outstanding job. I would recommend this company to anyone I know. Thanks for the great work guys!!!
