Staff is VERY welcoming and spent extra time explaining classes, use of the app, and all of the different membership levels available. F45 members come in all shapes, skills and ages. Members are there to workout, not flaunt the newest fashions or chat. I took advantage of the 7 day free trial but I was hooked after 3 classes: functional fitness, strength, and core/cardio. “This place and most of the staff is top notch. But I've been a member for over 6 months and they have yet to address a glaring safety issue. When it's sunny in the afternoon, their is a nasty glare on one side of the pickleball courts. It's blinding and down right dangerous. Everyone says they will look into it, but nothing is ever done about it? Are they waiting for someone to lose an eye before they address the issue?“
“I love the heated therapy pool and large windows surrounding both pools that show the trees outside.My only complaint - the hallway floor near the entrance is mopped and wet an hour before closing. I've asked several times for the workers not to wash the floor until after closing. I'm afraid of slipping or of someone older falling. Most of the time there are no cones out warning members.“
