This relates to Vanderbloomen and Associates in Cedarburg on 708 Keup Road. In late February I gave this office everything they needed to do my taxes. Long story, short, they have lost my information and taxes. It is May 6 and they still have not even located what branch they are at now. After many calls to them I demanded they pay for an extension, any fines that occur, and relinquish any charge for service. They agreed to that after quite a bit of back and forth. Their excuse from the receptionists is that they have a "tracker" that the accountants do not use properly. So the receptionists have to call the accountants, who never call me back with information. Useless piece of technology, useless CPAs.

I recommend staying clear of The VanderBloemen Group LLC out of Waukesha for tax preparation. They made a large error in my taxes last year. I've requested a refund for the fee to prepare my taxes over 6 weeks ago. They offered to pay the interest and penalty fees, but needed to get approval. I've been trying to get this resolved since then. They have avoided my calls and ignored my emails. I gave them until yesterday end of day to respond before I started writing reviews and filing complaints. Save yourself a headache.
