Kathy is great! She has several approaches to working on some old injuries/troubled areas. She also suggests exerciess on how to keep those areas from sizing back up.

Kathy is fantastic! She asked all the right questions before my massage to ensure the experience was tailored to me. During the massage, she let me relax and made sure I was always comfortable. As someone with scoliosis, massage is an important component of a treatment plan, and I am confident that Kathy will be an integral part of maintaining a pain-free life with scoliosis :)
