We started the process by receiving quotes from several businesses. Quotes generally offered a three options. What differentiated L.H. Krueger from others was the attention to detail during the initial assessment. Ryan identified issues that others missed. Following the assessment, we met shortly thereafter. I wasn't interested in meeting - I'd rather just get the quote in an email. But, the in person review was worthwhile. It was not a pressure sale's pitch.

Once we settled on L.H. Kruger to do the work there was a reasonable delay in starting the job because of their work backlog. There was another delay of a couple days because of the torrential rains in S.E. Wisconsin. It is seemingly irrelevant, but it is worth noting L.H. Krueger (Rachel) proactively communicated progress and promptly responded to my questions.

The roofing crew arrived on the expected date. They were excellent! They were efficient and conscientious. They were very helpful in addressing bathroom and plumbing venting issues properly. They went above and beyond. Cleanup was great. I wish I remembered the crew's names because they deserve being recognized.

Shortly thereafter, the chimney cap and siding repairs were performed quickly, per the schedule.

All in all, L.H. Krueger and Son did high quality work, proactively communicated, and provided very accommodating payment options.“

“I can’t speak for the quality of work. I had Marv, a salesman for the company take a look at my roof after completing his inspection on my next door neighbors. No appointment, just glad to help. After his inspection, he put a couple of small tarps down on my roof and proceeded to tell me that the roof looked great. I needed a couple of top caps and a few other spots had cosmetic damage. He could have easily pushed a new roof and with insurance behind him that would have been the easy money route. It could have been a long drawn out battle with the insurance company.
