Ain't shit urgent lol don't waste your time, came in for a urine test and it's taking them more than an hour to see me, the list in the screen displays I'm not even top 8 to be seen and there's so few people in here. The front desk lady is loud asf and announced everything she says and it takes away privacy for me. And she claimed she couldn't hear me talking to her even though the room was dead silent. 0/10 don't drive out your way to come here I live a few mins away and that's the only reason I bother.

I have been going to Prohealth for 25 years. I love my doctors and nurses! They're always helpful, they respond to my messages and refill requests quickly, they communicate with me effectively and always listen to what I want, think and feel. I moved to Madison in 2018 and I literally drive back and forth for all my appointments because I love and trust my team so much that I don't want to change them. I'll continue to make that drive as long as I have to. I'm currently dealing with a worker's compensation claim and the staff is so helpful in facilitating everything I need for my care in regards to this injury. I recently started pt in Oconomowoc near my work and so far I just love the team there! They work really hard to get me the appointments I need and are well-versed in dealing with those types of claims. I couldn't ask for better care!

So very disappointed with pro health care... the check in process was so slow.. and the only reason why I'm giving it a 2 way because the X-ray tech was very very kind... but my main doctor did not seem to care to listen to me.. and when she came back with the results and had an ace bandage in one hand and a brace in the other... and she asked me which one I wanted and I specifically said and pointed to the brace... she put the brace down and started using the ace bandage... it was like she didn't care.. and then she handed me the aftercare summary and then tried to leave without having me ask any questions.. I asked her if they had crutches that I could use and she never answered and left I was so very disappointed with how I was treated.. if it wasn't for the x-ray tech this review would be as low as it could go
