This place has turned around since the new manager, Ruben started.
I’ve been going to planet since middle school and now a graduate from college for years and I have NEVER seen a manager work & clean this much and socialize with members.
Promote this man cause he saved this location.

After my husband's 2nd brain tumor surgery I signed him up at the gym to help with his rehabilitation. After several months he seemed like he needed more motivation so, I decided to sign myself up so we could do it together and encourage each other. However, I found the "sign up" kiosk a little confusing and I wanted clarification of the fees. I asked for help and that's when Alfonso Gonzalez (Waukesha) came to the rescue! It’s always humid. If it’s busy it’s hot as hell. The ceiling leaks a questionable amount when it rains and there are always multiple treadmills with issues. No designated stretching area either. Otherwise the size of this planet is nice and it’s always clean. But please, CRANK THE HVAC!!
