I was told by another company that I needed to replace my condenser bc “a power surge fried the entire unit”. Luckily I had the good sense to get a second opinion from On Time. Shane came out quickly, did extensive diagnostics, found the corroded part, replaced it and saved me thousands of dollars. He also found a gas leak that was missed by the other company and repaired that. Pricing is competitive and transparent. Five stars + from me.
