“OMG! They are super helpful and friendly. I am just learning to play the violin and could not figure out why I couldn't get any sounds to play when I ran the bow across the strings, other than the violins cries of agony. A young lady showed me how to properly prepare the rosin and apply it to my bow. I still sound like I'm killing cats, but at least I don't have to use all my upper body strength to do it. On top of all that, they didn't even charge me. In this day and age, that is something special.“
