Very friendly company from scheduling to the technicians. Dan did a great job on our annual check of our Mitsubishi A/C unit. Even took the time to clean algae off of the outside unit.
From start to finish, Misurelli Sorensen was terrific. Brian came and recommended what would work best for a new sunroom and was on site for the beginning of the install. Jake and Ben came for the install which took a day. Every aspect of their work was professional from set up to clean up. They were personable and easy to interact with. The office was also responsive and communicated well. All together a great experience.
Steve Baer did an excellent job! From start to finish everything went great. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very quick to determine the problem and repair. Asked for my paperwork to make sure I got credit for everything the warranty covered. Would be glad to have Steve as my tech again.
