“I have been to Dr. Rex and his clinic several times over the years and have never had a bad experience. To the contrary ... every time I walk out of his clinic, I feel like a new person. I went last night for some tingling in my shoulder and neck. This morning so far, nothing. I advised him that I haven't been sleeping well and have been having some bad moods. “I come to see Lala whenever I'm in town. I'm trying to delay surgery on my neck and the lumbar region of my back (double fusion) through exercise, chiropractic care, and massage therapy. Lala is very thorough and attentive to knots and trouble spots specific to my ailments. I drive semi over the road, flatbed with heavy tarps, so at least once a month I get adjusted and get massage here. Highly recommend. Just call ahead. Vivi is also very good, and I believe Anna is the manager. She also gives a very thorough massage.“

“I visitied this spa for the first time and had Kirsten Virnig do some cranial sacral work on me. I have issues where my skull stops rotating, and gets a chemical buildup causing headaches. I let it go a little too long, and was having issues with pain from behind my ear, down my neck and into my shoulder. Was bad enough I was starting to not be able to turn my neck. Well. Kirsten worked out whatever it was and got the biggest release I've ever experienced in that painful area. A day later, and all of the pain is GONE in my neck and shoulder. Also took advantage of the hot tub/shower add on. So so worth every penny.“

“Had a great experience; first time at Gaia! Came in with my pinky nail hanging on by a thread. I had slammed my hand in a door and it had not only come almost all the way off but was pulling off my natural nail. He took his time to VERY carefully remove it and rebuild an acrylic.
