Hinckley is Definitely the Company to Use
Our delivery driver Ron is top notch. The overall customer service from the company is poor. Also, the cost keeps going up and up. We signed up through Costco at $6 or so a bottle which included delivery. It is now $8 a bottle and $3.25 per bottle delivery fee (we get 4 bottles a month). That breaks down to $2.25 a gallon of water. On top of that, we pay a water cooler rental fee. It is time to look elsewhere to see if there is a better value.
My delivery driver told us that he needed a fob to get in to our building, gave him one and paid $25 for it, thinking it will make it easier for both parties. Each time he delivers I get a phone call and he is telling me he forgot the fob or left it in another truck etc.I cancelled the service and wanted to get the fob key back but never returned the key. Called customer service multiple times and I was told they were going to let the driver know and that he will call me back. Never happen.
Service is lousy, for the price they charge, not worth it. If management is reading this...I am still waiting for my FOB key to be return or give me my $25 back. No one in your...read full review
