One thing I found reassuring was the warranty that came with the repairs. Knowing that the work is backed by a warranty gives me some peace of mind, especially since this is a rental property. It’s nice to know that if any issues come up later, the company will address them under the warranty. My tenants have noticed the improvement, and there haven’t been any further complaints about roof issues.“
