We certainly enjoyed working with Belman Homes in the past. We have built two homes with Belman Homes and the craftsmanship was excellent. We are now beginning the process of building our third home with them and we are very excited to work again with a firm with a stellar reputation and high integrity.

He has made time to be a part of educating our students through guest speaking and attending our panel discussion about the real estate industry. He has offered so much insight and information to our students, including our recent international students visiting and studying abroad. We recently bought a Belman model home, and we couldn’t be happier!! David and his team were amazing to work with. They were extremely responsive to all of our questions along the way. They are very kind, easy to work with, and experts in their field. Katie has a keen eye for design, everything she picked for this home was way better than anything we would have come up with on our own! We decided to add a backsplash, and she was so patient and helpful as we made our selection. Jim was wonderful too, so helpful with all of our questions during the walkthrough.
