I’ve used First Choice Heating and Cooling for the 16 years I’ve lived in Waukesha. I’ve always gotten great service, and this last visit was no different. Aaron called ahead and showed up on time. He was professional and did a great job on my furnace tune up. Thanks a lot for the great service!

First Choice installation team was responsive and accommodating. Their installation was first rate and their technician even came back on a holiday weekend to finish the thermostat install. Kudos especially to Jim K. for his attention to detail. Highly recommend!

First, I would never recommend the Goodman brand of central air conditioners. Our unit was only 3 years old; we have had trouble with it the past 2 summers. However, the 1st Choice employees who came out to repair the unit were excellent, very professional and very knowledgeable. The first time they came out to repair the unit, the supplier had sent the wrong part.The correct replacement part was apparently difficult to get, but the company was able to track one down and they came out to repair the following morning.
