Schaefer's Soft Water

Had a service tech come to our home to check on why the salt wasn’t being used. Turned out to just be a plug in the unit. Took about 30 minutes and he explained everything before he left. I appreciate the nice lady on the phone who is very nice to speak with. 10/10

We had some issues with air in our lines, had someone come to our house and couldn't figure it out, Aaron came out and figured it out right away. He changed our iron filter and the problem went away.

Our very old water softener stopped working.. it had a sticker from Schaefer so that's who I called to see about a fix. They came the same day to evaluate, offered options of fix vs replacement. They were helpful and informative and then we're able to fit us in the very next day for the replacement we chose! I was very pleased! Excellent service and affordable!
