“What an amazing place and group of MFR therapists! I traveled from Pennsylvania to experience their intensive 1-week program. In 5 days, I received 16 hours of 1-4 people doing myofascial release / MFR on me at a time.A month before going, I was diagnosed with both lymphedema and lipoedema, which wreaked havoc on my body and I was so scared to be in this downward spiral, desperate to to what it took to get my body back under control.I shuffled in there with restrictions in my body and breathing, and almost danced out of there! “Nice clean and relaxing room. Got the stone massage which helped with my lower back which was causing me pain even walking. Walked in limping and walked out feeling much better with no limp. Only problem was couldn't pay with card and had to use the ATM outside to get cash. Otherwise good experience!“
