Kay does a wonderful job. She listened to my concerns and adjusted her massage to focus on my areas of concern. She also educated me on things that I could do myself to help my body recover. I had been going regularly to the chiropractor for rib pain and I got more relief in one visit with Kay. She is helping me to keep my body in balance now. I am a very thankful client.
I look forward to going to Gentle Therapies and I always feel better when I leave. My only complaint would be that the sixty minutes go by way to fast!
