I want to say thank you to Dr Dan, Julie & the whole Gentle Healer Crew. They have helped us more than they can possibly know with loss of our beloved pets in the past year. They made me feel like we were all in this together and I appreciate the compassion and understanding they gave us through these past months. I'm grateful to be part of the gentle healer family ❤️
The staff really knows animal behavior and tries to get to the route of the problem. We brought our cats to them because we couldn't tell if they had allergies or a cold. I was genuinely impressed with how quickly our two cats warmed up to the staff. After an exam we determined it was probably best to wait out the cold to see if it would pass and if they didn't get better they would prescribe a medication with just a phone call. I did have to call back and the staff were very helpful.
I previously tried another clinic in town and then came to these guys and was impressed with their holistic approach.
I have dealt with many veterinarians over the years, some great n some not so much.They are hard to find, we found Dr. Dan quite awhile ago for our 2 border collie/mix dogs.Our dogs loved him n were so comfortable around him it was amazing. He explains things, asks questions n never rushes you out the door- well worth it!!
