I enjoy going here they don't push what they think is wrong I used to go to Walmart until I had issues with my lenses unfortunately they wanted me to pay for new lenses after I had just paid for the new glasses. And thus far I have never had a problem with Watertown vision

This lady has helped me with TMJ and was recommended by my dentist! Turns out she know her job VERY well! She got me back to normal with that issue and has helped me with pulled muscles from a fall that cracked a few ribs. She has also helped me with my continuous bouts of vertigo. I have only gone a few times for a relaxing massage, which I have enjoyed, but I just dont take the time out for myself on a regular basis. I highly recommend her for any massage needs. She is wonderful and very helpful on finding a time that works for both of us.

Bryan and Donna are super attentive to our needs which can range to nothing to a ton at the drop of a hat and they are more than willing to accomodate in what can be a constantly changing market! Great experience! I had a reservation at 12:30 for deluxe pedicure and they got me in right on time. I was done in 40-min. They were very thorough. It was quick yet high quality. The salon is very clean with staff wearing uniform shirts, disposable face masks, and sanitary wrapping on pedicure chairs. I watched each staff member clean their tools and their hands after each client too. Highly recommend!
Today was my first appointment in a new town, I just moved here 4 days ago from Milwaukee. VNails was able to get me in for an appointment for a fill and to fix 2 broken nails. I was impressed from the moment I came in! My first impression was the store is neat and clean. I was greeted by friendly people, shown to the correct area of gel polish and the selection of colors, brands and textures were endless! I cannot recall if I have seen such a fine array of colors and brands before- it's beautiful just to look at the OPI section!! I felt so welcomed at this salon, it was like visiting with neighbors. Chatting with the staff and the lady next to me was just awesome- I can't remember having so much fun getting my nails done since I was a kid! My nails look pretty!! They are shaped so neatly and polished so lovely. One more thing, my appointment was at the end of the night, so I will attest to how thorough & detailed V Nails is at cleaning every nook and cranny of their shop. I am so happy I found my nail salon! Thank you Mina, it was a pleasure to meet you and I look forward to my next appointment!!

Hair By Becky is a wonderful, local, woman owned business.I am from Watertown and have gone to her for cuts a few times, but I mainly wanted to review that she did mine and my bridesmaids hair for my wedding.Unlike most brides, I had some ideas, but hadn't settled on a specific hair style for my wedding.She took ideas I had into consideration as well as the look and feel of the wedding, my dress etc.. she gave me ideas when I asked and I LOVED the way everyone's hair turned out that day.She did braids into a low bun for me, and high/updos for my bridesmaids. My florist gave us flower combs to stick in our hair and she was so flexible with incorporating that at the last minute!Wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair on one of the most special days. Had a service tech come to our home to check on why the salt wasn’t being used. Turned out to just be a plug in the unit. Took about 30 minutes and he explained everything before he left. I appreciate the nice lady on the phone who is very nice to speak with. 10/10

I called to request their grounds for bridal portraits among their trees, and one of the owners- Rachel got back to me immediately and was very accommodating over the phone and text. We highly recommend Tillman Landscaping. Craig Tillman is professional, respectful, does quality work, and provides excellent, timely communication during the entire process. Plus, he is a nice guy! He had done extensive work for a neighbor, and they highly recommended him. We had actually contacted Craig and another contractor we had used previously regarding the installation of a deck with seating wall and fire pit. The other contractor never followed up; Craig contacted me within 24 hours of my text to him. He also was able to complete our project earlier than the original timeline. He was also very helpful during the “design” process, offering design suggestions that enhanced the look of the deck. He and his assistant are very hard workers; they were installing our deck during the hottest week of the summer, and they worked full days so they could finish our project in a timely manner. For the last piece of the project, the stone vendor cut the stone incorrectly; Craig, himself, fixed it all, having to take his own time and effort to make it right. He also makes things “right” for those of us who are “perfectionists”! His quote to us was competitive and reasonable. We will also be using Craig’s services in the spring for tree planting. Roger is the best veterinarian I’ve ever encountered. He’s seen everything, and has put in way more than his 10,000 hrs. He solved a problem my dog had in minutes that baffled less experienced veterinarians.

Nice clean and relaxing room. Got the stone massage which helped with my lower back which was causing me pain even walking. Walked in limping and walked out feeling much better with no limp. Only problem was couldn't pay with card and had to use the ATM outside to get cash. Otherwise good experience!
