Still down to earth and reasonable. These guys recently replaced my well pressure tank and plumbing. On time, courteous and honest. They are the bomb. Thanks EJ and Casey and Rob for the great work. No shenanigans in 21 years of service here.

I see a bunch of negative reviews and just don't get it. We had a blocked lateral line exiting the septic tank (as it turned out but symptoms were indicative of a few other potential issues as well) I have used them for years with no problems. I called them at 7:10 this morning and a few minutes past 8, the pumper truck showed up. He pumped the tank (stuff was a foot up into the riser, no wonder it wasn't "flushing" properly.) He said the repair guy would be here this afternoon, or tomorrow morning at the latest. About 2:30 they showed up, kid climbed down into the tank and spotted the problem and fixed it. Adrian is absolutely the best! He’s always friendly, patient and informative; his customer service is outstanding! (Even when he’s called out in an emergency late in the evening in the middle of bad weather.) I’ve been a customer for several years and have been happy with every experience I’ve had with Eckmayer. I recommend them 100%
