I was desperate to get printing a project I was working on. Called Eric and expected to see him in a week at best. He was at my door in 2 hours, and imprinting again!!

Eric was able to get my laptop fixed efficiently! He explained everything and asked my permission to perform certain tasks on the computer so that I was informed each step of the way. He is friendly and offers the customer service you would want to receive during the stressful event of a computer malfunction. It’s nice to have a place like this to go to—especially to support local small business instead of a big corporate group. Highly recommend Eric at Shazam!

Wow! It only took 1 day to get my computer up and running! This thing is lightening quick and runs even better than it did when it was new out of the box. Eric gave me lots of options to proceed and was very gracious with his time and knowledge. He was also very available and kept me updated on all the progress he was making. I trust him with our privacy and all of our devices. His experience and knowledge shine through. Thanks big time Eric!
