Some people that are ignorant get upset when they clear a right-of-way through their property but the people don't understand that NCI is contracted with the Utility to clear that right-a-way and the people should raise any issues with their utility.

When NCI cleared through my land they cut all the trees in the right-a-way as their contract with the Utility required. They called me and asked it they could use a spray on the undergrowth so it wont grow back as fast. They said the Utility request that they spray it but it was up to the land owner to allow it. I declined having it sprayed on my property and they didn't spray it.
