BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Bought a new home in the oak grove crossing neighborhood in Harvard, Tracy group promises the 1 year home warranty but it does NOT honor it! They put in a dishwasher with a bad motor (haven’t used it once) in our new home and BRIAN the owner is ducking us completely! so we are on our own to fix their mistakes and you will be too if you buy a house from these crooks, once they have your money after the final walk thru, YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN

Other problems we asked them to fix with no reply
-air conditioning vents (every one of them) FULL of bits of drywall, nails, screws and insulation
-stairwell to the basement is unsteady and sketchy feeling

Used Tracy group to build a new home in “THE PINES” subdivision in Elkhorn. There were numerous issues from construction scraps left under the carpet, the shoddy attention to detail. They cut the counter too straight through to the back wall behind the sink when they made the cut out and agreed to repair it but never actually fixed it just ignored my calls and e-mails. They also laid the floating vinyl plank floor under all the cabinets and Island…Shoddy work from a company that is happy to make money off you. Would never use them again. When you purchase a Tracy home brand new, you’re offered a 1 year home warranty. THIS IS A JOKE!!!! You send in your requests, call, email and multiple texts and Bryan Tracy will promise stuff will get done and then you will NEVER hear from him. Most of my entire street is waiting on maintenance from their 6 month, 12 month and even final walk through! Driveway was poured with cheap material and began to crack and chip and is left with divots and gouges. Flooring has a large hump in it and the bathroom was near the tub is curved and not at a 90 degree angle. Was told this would get fixed prior to move in. And here we are 1 year and 2 months later.
