On a day when the heat index hit 106F, Mike came promptly to attend to our Furnace/Air not working. It turned out that mice got in the unit and wrecked havoc. Major componets had to be ordered before they could be installed. The minute the parts arrived, he was there to finish the job. Over the years 2 seasons Heating and Cooling have not let us down in terms of equipment and repair (that is not very frequent). We recommend them to others.
Mike and Allie are simply the best. They recent help solve an emergency at one of my rental properties. They made the necessary repairs to keep every one comfortable quickly. Their focus on customer service is un matched in the Lake Geneva area. I have been using them for years they are reasonably priced and professional. Recently had a problem with my boiler dripping water. Had the problem on a Saturday,called up the tech came that day. Found out what the problem was had parts ordered and was back to fix it on Tuesday. Very reasonable price to fix what was wrong with boiler, plus didn't receive a charge for a Saturday call. Would highly recommend them if you have problem with boiler or your furnace. Definitely will use them in the future for any problems that might occur, and any maintenance that needs to be done on my boiler. Thank you 2 Seasons for being so efficient and getting my boiler fixed.so fast.
