TJ's has been to our house twice. Excellent service both times. Just a really professional way of going about the job. Both times I was confident that what I was told was accurate, that my best interests were the priority, and that the price was fair. On the second visit, more than fair. The part I needed is no longer made, and so he couldn't fix the fridge . . . so he discounted the service call. For me, I used to dread appliance repair simply because I assumed it would be expensive and I might end up with more than I need. Now I don't dread it. I would not hesitate to call TJs.

Todd simply knows his stuff and is extremely fair on his pricing. Very personable and a pleasure to do business with. Anyone looking for appliance repair in the Lake Country area this is the guy!
