I’m a new home owner. I had no idea i was supposed to be changing a water filter. I noticed the pressure in my hose go down. I understand that it’s a maintenance thing that needs to be done often and is something that I could’ve totally done myself. But I wanted the peace of mind of a professional showing me what to do the first time. He was super nice and answered all of my questions! He waited to leave until I confirmed that my water pressure was back to normal. He also brought the filter to me so I didn’t have to try and figure out which one to get the first time. We had Complete water come out to look at our very old water softener. The water was not tasting/smelling very good. They cleaned it up a little inside, reset the timing correctly and I tried it for a few weeks. With the age of it the tech explained that it would most likely need to be replaced but we can try this. It didn't get better so we had them install a new softener. The work was done fast and clean. They were very easy to work with, from the office to the techs. They even refunded my service call from the first time! They didn't have to do that but it was a great gesture and this is a great company to work with! Thank you Complete water!
