My pet, who’s usually nervous at vet visits, was surprisingly calm thanks to the gentle approach and soothing atmosphere. The clinic is spotless and well-organized, which reflects the high standard of care they provide.

Jen did an absolutely amazing job on our wedding day! She was easy to get ahold of before our day and she laid out the timeline for the entire day beforehand which was extremely helpful. On our wedding day we felt like we had a friend there taking pictures instead of just our photographer. The pictures also turned out amazing! Just wanted to let everyone how wonderful the people here are. Just moving to the area a year ago I didn't know anything about any funeral home. The hospital staff gave us a list and this place caught our eye, especially since it was on our way home and was a crematorium. Five of us walked in shortly after my son passed. We had no appointment but Jeff treated us like we were expected and was like part of the family. He listened to our expectations and encouraged us to bring whatever we wanted to go with him. I have been having some pretty serious upper back issues and Dr. Thompson was able to get me relief. On a separate occasion, she worked extended hours to get me additional relief, when I herniated a a disk. Her care for her patients is very obvious. Thanks Dr. Tena!
Britany is an absolutely incredible photographer. With my FIL aging, we hired her to do an extended family photo session with 20+ adults, children, and babies at my in-laws rural property; needing to coordinate so many people together, we only had a few hours in the morning to do the session. Not the most ideal timing, but you wouldn't even know it with how she deliberately placed us on a property she'd never been to before to capture the best lighting. Her engagement with both adults and children to get real expressions and reactions was wonderful, (especially as we had those who did not feel comfortable in front of the camera) and multiple times I caught her holding a kiddo in one hand while taking photos with her other as we navigated such a big session. As a military family we have done sessions with photographers all around the country, and she is hands down one of the best. I sincerely hope we get another opportunity to work with her. Would absolutely recommend her to everyone and anyone.
We had the please of working with Jude yesterday and he was extremely kind, professional, efficient and very knowledgeable. He tackled our emergency head on and did a fantastic job. He even came back after hours to ensure all of the needs of our office were seen to and taken care of. We are so fortunate that 608 Plumbing was there for us, when we needed them right away! There are several bars in viroqua, this is the oldest, has the most options and outdoor venues, lots of history here good food.
We were camping in the area and our dog sliced open the pad on her paw. We called Grimms at 8am, explained situation and they told us to come in and we will "fit your dog in as "best we can." Two and half hours later, our dog had her wound cleaned and bandaged with six stitches. Great service and care! Extremely reasonably vet bill. Highly recommend Grimm Tails
