The cleaner (didn't catch his name) was excellent. He was very conscientious about covering the open door and also wearing 'booties' on his feet. He was also very personable and best of all, he came on time, did a very professional cleaning, and was done in an hour. Fast work and the tech knew his profession. I wanted a chair cleaned (among other items) - he first checked the material content and noted there was Rayon in the material - that can change color if water is used. Appreciated his expertise and taking the time to confirm fabric content.
