Verona Vision Care, founded in December 2006 by Dr. Tami Hunt and her husband, Jason, has established itself as a trusted eye care provider in the community. Initially located at 301 South Main Street, the practice moved to its current facility at 320 South Main Street in June 2012. The practice has grown steadily, with Dr. Wilson joining the team in 2010 and transitioning to full-time in 2016. Patients consistently report excellent service, highlighting the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, many of whom have been with the practice for years. The office features a warm greeting area and a beautiful retail space, making visits enjoyable. Patients appreciate the streamlined process and advanced technology, which surpasses that of larger healthcare offices. The selection of frames is nice and reasonably priced, with no pressure to purchase upgrades. Many patients note that staff are friendly, helpful, and make the experience comfortable. The facility is kept spotless, adding to the overall positive environment. Overall, Verona Vision Care is highly recommended for eye exams and eyewear options, promising a friendly and professional experience for both new and returning patients.
The Verona Vision care team was great. From the pre exam tests, to the actual eye exam everything was professional. They used top of the line technology and did everything they could think of to make my experience the best it could be. Great service.
Great experience! Verona Vision Care staff was attentive, kind, and welcoming. I LOVE Dr. Emma Letlebo - such an easy person to talk to and did not make me feel silly for asking silly questions! My concerns were addressed, things were explained clearly, and most importantly of all they already had my info saved in my file because I filled it in prior to my appointment. I've had some less than favorable experiences at other places with that roadblock especially, and Verona Vision Care really delivered. :)
Also their holiday decor is top notch!!
I called around 2pm on a Thursday and got a wonderful receptionist. (sorry forgot her name) Explained my son had an eye issue she listened to me, put me a brief hold, came back on and asked if I could be to the clinic at 4 for an appointment. I was so surprised as my son was a new patient.
We arrived at our appointment- Rita brought us back and was wonderful with my son. He had not been to an eye doctor yet. Dr. Letelbo was also amazing in explaining things to me and him. I really believe and hope we got answers and a solution to our issue.
Everyone from start to end was great and deserves kudos! We appreciate you all very much!
