Justin was available on my schedule and explained everything clearly. He also made edits to the drawing to include other options. I would definitely recommend him to anybody doing residential structural changes.
Justin is an absolute pleasure to work with and skilled structural engineer. As first time homeowners we didn't know where to turn and were lucky enough to be referred to Tune. Justin was able to come by same day and did an extremely thorough job helping advise us through our renovation plans to remove a few walls, helped us figure out if they are load bearing, and what we need to do to keep things up to code. He was very efficient with his turnaround time and available to answer all of our follow-up questions. Thanks again for the help!
