I received an estimate on 8/12 for some landscape work and was very impressed with Mark who came out to look at the property, had insightful ideas and substantial knowledge about what should be done. They mailed me an invoice and I sent in the 10% down payment. however after a full month I had not heard anything from them whatsoever about scheduling. I gave them a call and they said that we were scheduled for 9/22. I said, ok, and waited until 9/22 (yesterday). No crew came out. I called them again today and they said they had still not scheduled anything, it was tentatively going to be next week. I asked them to please inform me as soon as the schedule is finalized. Overall I am not very happy with the level of communication that Glacier has provided regarding when the work is to be performed. Let's see next week if they come through or there are further delays. I will update this review accordingly.
