I had cataract surgery by Feder that he screwed up. I had to schedule another surgery with a retinal specialist to fix Feder's mistake. He also did not center the lens which caused me to have severe astigmatism. Aurora cares little about their patients, favoring their doctors.
A modern facility well kept. The staff and doctors are friendly, helpful and qualified. They will give you an extensive exam. The eye glass frame selection is good, but expensive. The downside is that they will run as many tests as they can. The main goal here seems to be to extract as much money as they can. But this is the American health system. It's all about profit. My sweetie is here a second time in two days. The tests and exams go on and on. Yes, they are needed, we are told. I do recommend this clinic, they do a good job. I sometimes wonder what their priorities are. They are part of the medical industrial complex. American health care's bottom line is profit, to the point people can lose their home due to a huge medical bill. So people skip medical care because they cannot afford it. Something has to change.
Horrible experience. Ive gotten two pairs of glasses, two eye exams and something is still extremely wrong. They insist everything is fine. You have to schedule appointments for a 30 second adjustment but make you wait 2-3 weeks for that. I’ve been in there 11 times over the course of the last 4 months and there has been no rush or sense that they care. I’d recommend going literally anywhere else.
