I am overwhelmed by Mike’s kindness. I called for a slow drain in the kitchen, as well as some bubbling in an adjacent sink. He showed up quicker than most ambulances to help us :) he went above and beyond to diagnose the problem, and even looked into a dishwasher malfunction that was not my primary purpose for calling.
