I purchased a pair of expensive glasses and the one arm broke off after only 1 year of use. Unfortunately, the 1 year warranty expired 6 weeks ago. I had trouble with this pair of glasses since day one with multiple adjustments, which is why I feel the arm broke. As I understand they have a policy, I also felt with the history I experienced with this pair more could have been done, so technically my fault and lesson learned. SO PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE 1 YEAR RETURN POLICY and make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase before that 1 year expires. Sadly, I will not be returning to Walmart Vision Center in Tomah for my next pair of glasses.

I walked into the eye clinic to schedule for contacts. There were 2 employees, one being a manager. I was helped by the other employee and the manager was sitting at the next desk over. While taking my information, we were constantly interrupted by the manager making unnecessary comments. The first thing she did was yell at my 5 year old for touching a glasses case. The case was empty and she didn't pull it down, just touched it with her finger. After that I kept my kids at my side and continued giving my information to schedule. I gave my address and zip code Tomah, 54660 and the manager rudely says "that's not Tomah, you don't live in Tomah." Well I am new to the area,...read full review

Asked the person working there to give my glasses a slight bend back into position. She brought them to the heater machine thing to warm them up before bending them and she snapped them in half. She then held the two pieces back together as like I wouldn't notice and upon handing then to me they of course fell apart. She then looks at me incredulously like "WOOOOOW, crazy YOU broke them." like I had just snapped my glasses in half right in front of her. Would not recommend. Definitely worth the drive to go to Onalaska or the extra money to go to an actual optometrist's office to get some quality glasses.
