The staff were all very friendly and welcomed our girl. We are from out of state and we're there visiting relatives. I have nothing but high praise for the establishment and their practices .I had requested that Lucy be put in daycare with the other dogs for play and when I returned was told that that did not work out.
With due diligence they observed Lucy in with the larger group of dogs there for play daycare and saw that she was not responding well. Rather than just leave her to her own devices,They removed her and put her in with a much smaller group where she evidently was much more comfortable and did well.
huge shoutout to marcie’s in sparta, wi—our eli can be difficult with both people and grooming, but he got an amazing report card and a makeover! he looked twice as good as when we dropped him off 😉🧼 highly recommend marcie’s and can’t thank them enough for going above and beyond!
My dog is absolute chaos when i drop off and pick up, but all the grooming staff love when he's there (Sparta) for daycare or boarding! We keep coming back because where else would we find people who genuinely enjoy him and love on him... even when he manages to jump on (literally) everything because he can't contain his excitement.
