Started with humble beginnings, forced to expand because word-of-mouth advertising outpaced his schedule. I was referred to him by a miserly person who never says anything good about anyone, and after he worked on my place, I referred family and friends to him at every turn. I still would. It's neat to see how he has had to grow his business to meet the needs of his increasing clientele, but at the same time he is pretty good about making time for that one more call so you don't have to wait so long to get your household back in order.
