Great experience from the beginning. Jacinta was so kind to sort out my enquiry and availability and get me in at the earliest time. I can’t remember who it was, but a lovely lady called me 24 hours later to confirm my booking and go above and beyond to sort out another booking for me at the earliest availability. Since making some bad decisions in quarantine, I was so embarrassed for a professional to see my hair but Kate made me feel comfortable and assured me that with tim
