Syda does a wonderful job on nails, understanding requests for almond-shaped nails and beautiful two-tone nail designs. Manicures always turn out great and last around three weeks, with gel pedicures lasting even longer. Bay is a generous and hospitable business owner who takes pride in her work. They are open daily and stick to appointment times. The Japanese head spa treatment is incredible, with Bay's meticulous attention to detail and beautiful explanations of the process.
I live in Cedarburg but I love Bay’s for a few reasons— firstly, they are open DAILY! I don’t know about you, but it’s frustrating dealing with everybody’s goofy hours these days. Secondly, when you make an appointment, they stick to that appointment. I have been to Ritz Nails in Cedarburg a couple times and every time I go, despite making an appointment, I have to wait for over a half an hour every time. I have little ones and my windows of time are tight. Thirdly, and most importantly, Syda does a wonderful job on my nails. Bay consistently delivers exceptional service, and today, I had the privilege of experiencing my first Japanese head spa treatment with her. I was completely blown away by the incredible treatment and Bay's meticulous attention to detail. She explained every aspect of the process beautifully, making the experience even more enjoyable. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!
Bay and her staff are amazing!! They all treat you like family. I've been getting my nails done by Bay and her ladies for years. I took my Mom and sister for their first time and they had a fantastic time. They will definitely be returning.
