My back was so locked up from lifting/chasing my kids, I couldn't walk or sit without pain (or Tylenol). After 30 minutes with Jessie my muscles are relaxed and I can go back to my day. Moreover, I never feel awkward or exposed during Jessie's massage therapy appointments. I highly recommend her.
Walk out of there feeling like a million bucks every time.
