We were extremely pleased with the service at My New Floors. Max Shaw is very knowledgeable about flooring and was very helpful in helping us select a carpet that would meet our needs and budget. He always returned phone calls and e-mails in a timely manner and furnished estimates expeditiously. He also accommodated our needs regarding the carpet installation schedule date. Kevin, his highly skilled carpet installer, did an excellent job in installing our carpet. He was very professional and courteous and takes pride in his work. I love this place! The service, the communication, and the price! I had two other flooring companies in the area out to give us an estimate. One completely ghosted us and the other I had to chase down to get the estimate. My New Floors was on top of it all the way through the end. Highly recommend.

Our experience with My New Floors could not have been better. From the very first phone call I had with Max to the finalization of our flooring project, things were handled extraordinarily well.
