Excellent experience with My New Floors from my first phone call, to walking in and picking the carpet, to the install. All was perfect and above expectations! Mike is great and awesome at what he does, I told him what I wanted and he was able to make it happen fast. The carpet installers, Steve and Dave (I believe) were so nice, got straight to work and did an amazing job with the install. We had a difficult location and they made it work and the carpet looks beautiful. It’s so soft and cushiony we are so happy. Thank you all!
