“I feel a little bad not being able to give five stars, but in good conscious couldn't just because our original project manager kind of dropped the ball on the project. We first contacted the company March of 2023 and received good communication for a few weeks - then it fell off. I made numerous calls to the office over the months until fall when I was finally told that our insurance had given approval on the claim and I was just waiting to be contacted to schedule the actual work. This was Sept/Oct. I waited knowing that they were busy due to the heavy snows until about early December still had not heard anything. Again made numerous calls until early spring of 2024 when we finally got Brad assigned our case as project manager. Brad was spectacular, he really made sure that he communicated clearly and quickly with us and answered all our questions and went to bat for us with our insurance. If we had had Brad as our original project manager I would be looking for a way to give them 6 stars. The whole team doing the work was also very nice and efficient. I am not sure if the other guy is still there but if you want great customer service I would ask for Brad.“
