I got an appointment early the next day! That's great because with one other company I would have had to wait for 2 weeks! Another they couldn't tell me when they would be here. Not good when your drain is clogged! The lady I talked to on the phone was very helpful and kind. Matt showed up early and worked hard for 2 hrs. to get my main drain unplugged. He was very pleasant, kind and explained everything he was doing. His helper was very nice too. I will definitely call Air Advantage again if I need plumbing services.
Advantage was GREAT! My sump basin had been installed improperly by the previous owner and was basically floating in the hole. Had four plumbers out to look at it, all said they'd do it and would call with an estimate and schedule. All ghosted me! I know it was a messy job and probably not that desirable. Advantage committed and did it! Cost was fair and Christian the plumber was very professional. Will recommend.
Can’t say enough about these guys ! Prompt as possible, professional, respectful, knowledgeable and fair pricing. In 6 year’s they’ve been to my house 2-3 times and have always done what was needed and or expected. I myself wouldn’t call anyone else and I highly recommend them !
