I came in for a physical. I only waited about 10 min extra before I was told which room to go to. Then I did wait for a while. I was told the last two people both ran over. I talk the end of day appointments as I drive some time to get there after work. No big deal to me though. My physical went well. I’m happy with this clinic and who I see.
When I called back to follow-up on message nurse Jamie expressed concern
and got me in for an appointment by end of day. Staff were courteous, providers Paige Armga, PA and Shelby Perket, PA Student were very thorough and addressed all of my concerns. I feel blessed to be a patient at this clinic! I so sincerely appreciate everyone at this clinic!
I’m very happy to become a patient at this UW Health in Sun Prairie. The staffs are super friendly and understanding. Most importantly, I would never change my doctor I picked for me and my family. Dr. McCormick is always there for me and my babies even when it’s not the day of our appointment but due to the fact we are there already, she makes sure we get our shots to protect our health, as well as others around us. Thank for everything you do!
