This comparison is long over due. I got crowns placed 4 years ago to replace my yellowing tooth. I just today found a great photo for the comparison. The work Dr. Adam did for my smile is absolutely amazing. Great staff. Great people. 10/10 recommend!
This review is long overdue, and when I say long overdue, I mean at least seven or eight years overdue! When I started going to Prairie Lakes Dental, it was for orthodontics and boy. Oh boy, was that a long process? Because as much as I hate to admit it, my teeth were in need of extreme health! That's when my journey began, and I met Dr. Adam. I cannot express what a wonderful dentist he is because he has gone above and beyond time and time again. A perfect example of this is when a crown I had on my front tooth Broke, and he made it a point to reach out to me personally but also to get me in ASAP to take action. I was extremely emotional, because I was very embarrassed about the appearance of my missing front tooth. At one point I even broke down in tears, and Dr.Adam came in, sat down with me face-to-face after giving me a gigantic hug and reassuring me, it would be OK that he would not let me leave Without first making sure I had some type of temporary tooth to ease my embarrassment. I also have to say his sense of humor is unmatched! We can go from talking about fixing a smile, crowns, cleanings, etc. and the very next moment swapping stories about our music playlist and current events. I also do not want to forget to mention all of the wonderful, wonderful staff that works there as well, helping keep Dr.Adams practice running smoothly especially Shelley I cannot count the number of times that after an appointment I sat down with this wonderful woman who has also made me feel comfortable/no judgments based on my ability to pay. Shelley has such a kind away about her. Really though I have never had an unpleasant experience with anyone at Prairie Lakes Dental! I really do want to thank everyone at Prairie Lakes Dental for making me feel so excepted not just as a patient or as a person! I would like to close out by saying their mini chapsticks are a must have-lol!
