Didn't give me heads up on when my taxes will be taken care of while deadline was approaching. Taxes done on day of deadline and gave me the scare. It had me questioning if they're going to even work on my taxes due to lack of communication. Rare to call me back even after leaving multiple voice messages and emails. I didn't feel seen and valued as a client.

Had an appointment which was fine. But on tax day I am told my taxes won't be done on time. I wasn't told this at the appointment. So was scrambling on tax day. And then billed $350 to file the taxes. Unacceptable.

We just got our tax prep bill for last tax season and we are speechless. Same situation as last year, but we were charged over double what we paid last year. 30+ years of tax refunds from the IRS EVERY single year and NOW we suddenly get none? I guess all the different accounting assistants they now use to assist in preparing the taxes adds up to more than paying one CPA. Never again, we are DONE with them.
