“I had all but given up on having any faith or confidence with ANY in home care providers in Dane County, at this stage we've had horrible experiences with most. Until Caring Made Easy, I cannot say enough good about the director, and the staff, no question that time and consideration are taken when choosing care givers. Communication is a 10 out of 10, staff 10 out of 10 in trustworthiness/reliability, knowledge, compatibility, genuinely caring & hard working individuals. This provider should be the standard for in home care and how it's done. I understand what a truly difficult job they have and really hope the community at large will support this locally owned business so they can continue the absolutely wonderful job they're all doing for our friends & loved ones who cannot live happy/healthy well rounded lives without quality support.“

“to Shawn,Just so u know I've worked there two. I have seen the rooms ur talking about and there with new floors, nice walls and it a 2 bedroom basement ur talking about has a nice kitchen. that's the kind of place I wouldn't mind renting.....As far as the kids your speaking of why not have them there every so often?? Do u realize what it cost for a sitter?? That helps the workers more than u realize.Past all that I had a good experience when working alone side this company. We went out with residents almost everyday. If we happen to be indoors they watched a movies or TV shows or played games.I personally got a few bonus from the boss when it was due during the 6 months I was there. If I needed a Lyft to work my boss would be able to help. Over all it was one of the fun jobs I had.“

“I wasn't sure what to expect when I started working with Apria but overall I've been really happy. My doctor sent my CPAP prescription on a Thursday afternoon, and I received my full kit in the mail on the following Tuesday. It came with helpful instructions and I could even call to ask questions, although the people on the line weren't the most helpful I still got what I needed.I then booked a mask fitting appointment which I just returned from. It was really helpful and the therapist was super nice. I feel much better with my new system!Overall I am very happy with the service I got here!“
