I will most definitely be recommended them to everyone I can. My cat was stuck in our duct system and they came out late last night and spent over an hour helping us search for him using their equipment. They went through all of our duct work and figured out where he was at and gave us tips on how to get him out. Sure enough, shortly after they left we were able to do what they said and got him out. Not only that, but they did not charge us at all for their visit. After having all sorts of issues with my cat and finances lately I could not believe it and was in tears. I can't thank them enough for their help and will be hiring them for any future services and to come clean our ducts soon. Highly recommend! They were professional, helpful and caring.
